With his robust background, he has learned that respect, teamwork and enthusiasm for the guests are the keys to a winning operation. Christopher R. Parkes, co-founder & managing partner at ALLPRO Hospitality Staffing, is known for his impressive recruitment abilities and eye for talent. Christopher combines commitment, communication skills and know-how to build an award winning staff and has developed and retained the strongest team of hospitality professionals in Austin.
Christopher brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience having worked in managerial positions at iconic luxury hotel brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons Hotel and Hilton. He was one of the youngest members of the management team at the Ritz-Carlton and led them to a #1 ranking in guest satisfaction and employee engagement. He believes that empowered employees in a nurturing work environment drive the best brands to achieve their highest goals. And providing top talent for those roles is his forte.
